A message from the freeholder.

It was an exciting time when Sachville Court was built, just over a decade ago in fact. This secure electronically gated, centrally-heated, double-glazed, fully-fitted block with personal parking, hi-speed wi-fi and individual balconies and well maintained outside spaces are a delight to be a part of.

The block is managed and all involved “go the extra-mile” to ensure the block is well-managed, clean, secure and most importantly a pleasant and safe environment to live in.

The sense of community, long waiting list for apartments to buy or rent and very low turnover of owners are all a strong sign of a successful ten years.!

As the Freeholder, we have a long-term strategy and continual investment programme in place for the enhancement / maintenance of the block, for the benefit of all Owners, residents, and the neighbourhood.

Always investing

Other successful joint long-term investment projects have recently included the CCTV Security System, Electronic Door Fobs and the Bin Store Roof. All are designed to raise the standard of living in the block.

We always welcome suggestions via The Letting Station on how to make the building even better.
