We have been working with Twenty-4 fire and security for many years now and they have looked after the block with a great level of expertise and care from a fire safety and security aspect.
2021 saw a significant upgrade to the blocks security with improvements to the CCTV infrastructure and also the entry system.
Keyless entry
The old key system posed a problem, if keys were lost all keys needed to be replaced at the cost to the person that lost them, but this cost ran into hundreds of pounds and so a new fob system has been installed that negates the need for this.
If a fob is lost it can be deactivated immediately and a new one re-issued at a fraction of the cost. It’s also much easier as one fob can be programmed to access all entry and exit points throughout the community.
The new fob now gives tenants and owners one small fob for access across the block and is an added deterrent for would be criminals.
