The block had a state of the art heating installed when built and this underfloor system has served the block well. The only downside is the water tanks and controls are bespoke and so need to be service by a specialist that understand the components. Regular maintenance ensures this always perform to its optimal best. Another main consideration is the sewage pumping station that is in the car park area. We are constantly upgrading the pumps and looking at better ways to manage this important aspect of block maintenance.

The large water tank is also treated on a regular basis to keep things clean and healthy. All the water metres are in the blocks dry risers and so can be access for reading by Welsh Water when necessary.
