With electricity being the only energy supply in the building a recent upgrade for all flats of the consumer units along with planned maintenance work in the electric room have upgraded all aspects of the system. The communal and exterior lights are taken care of by Twenty 4 Fire and Security as they are also on a regular contract for the security measures that are in place. We recently upgraded the lighting to make it brighter for residents especially those on shifts when they return home in the dark.
