Celebrating 10 Years in 2021

The purpose built block of 23 flats was built in 2001 to a high specification in a perfect location for those working in the University Hospital Wales. The excellent commuter links also make it a great place to base yourself if you need to get around the City.

The block is fully managed by The Letting Station to provide residents with a clean and comfortable living space perfect for the modern professional. Maintenance issues are addressed very quickly and a regular program of works are scheduled to keep the property in fantastic condition all year round.

All the team members of The Letting Station know and understand the block intimately and residents enjoy the equivalent to a concierge service for deliveries and help in normal office hours.

With 24 hours a day CCTV and a highly secure block and grounds Sachville Court is also a very safe place to live especially for those working unsociable shift patterns.

SECURE

High security access control and CCTV plus motion sensor lighting, mean there is always a bright and warm welcome home. CCTV is on 24 hour record 7 days a week.

COMMUNITY

We are proud of the culture of community that has built up over the past 11 years. The residents all look out for each other and with the support of the blocks management this has created a lovely sense of community.

MAINTENANCE

A regular maintenance program is in place to cover all communal areas both inside and out. All the security and fire systems are checked on a regular basis. Internal and externals are all covered.

LINKS

Situated in a prime location for all commuter links buses, trains and major link roads are all in close proximity. For those who work in the hospital it’s a 5 minute walk.

Our security is some of the best of any block in Cardiff and is regularly checked and upgraded where necessary. The CCTV is on 24 hours a day and the well-lit motion-activated communal areas give you a bright safe space to come home too.

Cleaning

All communal areas are cleaned twice a month to ensure the entrance and building is always welcoming for residents. The external areas of the building are also cleaned on a regular basis along with a building chemical wash when needed.
