Everyone wants to live in a clean environment and so along with bi-weekly interior communal cleans the exterior is also considered. Regular chemical washed of the whole building along with a full exterior tidy up by our contractor on a monthly basis meaning the block is always looking its best. The bin areas are also looked at for special attention every quarter but will be cleaned if needed as and when. Hand sanitising stations were also installed at the front door to help with sanitation.

As well as the bi-weekly communal the block carpets are also professionally cleaned on a regular basis to keep them looking their best and smelling good too. We are proud of how clean and tidy the block is kept and will always continue to have this as a priority.
